A Typical Day in Kindergarten
- 8:15-8:45am Arrival/Greeting outside
- 8:45 *Circle time
- 10:00 Clean-up time, bathroom, hand washing
- 10:15 Snack and conversation
- 11:00 Outdoor play
- 11:55 Hand washing
- 12:00pm Story time
- 12:20 lunch and conversation
- 1:00 Rest time
- 2:15-2:30 Pick-up time
- 2:30 Aftercare available
*Circle time includes songs, stories, movement and free play with a concurrent focus on different activities each season. For example, a season’s activities might include baking and soup-making, and artistic activities such as painting, beeswax modeling, and craft projects.
